The Fiesta Bowl has been in existence since 1971 and is currently one of the top bowl games of the college season, being a BCS series bowl game and is the site of the national championship every four years. The bowl game is current sponsored by Tostitos tortilla chips.

This year the 38th annual Fiesta Bowl will be played on Monday, January 5, 2009 at the University of Phoenix Stadium in Glendale, Arizona.
